AJIM Limited was set up by Alan Jones to provide financial, business and change management support for SME's.

Alan is a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over thirty years' experience in a diverse number of industries. A self-motivated business leader with sound commercial insight and excellent interpersonal skills. Goal orientated, focused team player with a strong orientation for client satisfaction and business profit. An experienced change manager who responds well to challenge, opportunity and responsibility.

Alan started his career as a trainee accountant with Racal Electronics, before progressing through the ranks with Rank Hovis McDougall. He then joined communications group Golley Slater, ending up as Group Financial Director.

His interim roles vary from being MD for Atticus Digital limited, to Chief Financial Officer for the Panther Group and Business Change Leader for BPS Limited.

Alan has experience of numerous successful acquisitions, start-ups and trade sales. He is adept at leading finance departments, HR, IT, Operations, Marketing, and New Business.

Our Philosophy
